摘    要:建立了判断对357细菌活性物质相对浓度的方法即生长直径法,同时指出,抑菌圈不能有效地反映357细菌活性物质的相对浓度。生长直径法研究表明,不同培养基和不同培养时间可影响357细菌活性物质的分泌量,而pH值对用乙醚从水溶液中萃取活性物质的效率有较大影响。

Abstract:A method used to estimate the concentration of the bio active substance produced by Bacillus cereus 357 has been established, Using this methods, several factors that effect secretion of the bioactive substance was studied. Meanwhile, for Bacillus cereus 357,the inhibition zone was not able to effectively determine the concentration of the bioactive substance. The growth diameter of fungi showed that Bacillus cereus 357 produced different amount of bioactive substance depending on the culture media as well as the culture duration. It also showed that the efficiency of extracting the bioactive substance from liquid containing such substance depended on the pH value.
