摘    要:以在河北省曲周县进行的冬小麦-夏玉米生产典型调查和大样本农户正式问卷调查数据为依据,从技术和社会、经济角度系统地分析了制约冬小麦-夏玉米产量潜力发挥的因素,明确了当前限制农户小麦-玉米产量潜力发挥的主要因素是密度不合理、播期不当、品种混乱、施肥不科学、水利设施不足、经济效益偏低、缺乏技术支持等,针对性地提出了保障农户经济安全、健全技术推广服务体系、改进推广方法、改善农业生产基础设施、建立有利政策保障、推动农户适度经营规模的对策建议。

Abstract:Based on the data from a semi-structured large sample formal survey and a field investigation in typical farmers' fields conducted in Qvzhou county of Hebei province, limiting factors in wheat-maize production in southern Hebei plain are systematically studied in technical, social and economical dimensions. Major identified limiting factors to the wheat-maize system include untimely sowing and improper sowing density, confusion in variety use, unbalanced fertilization, insufficiency of irrigation facility, unsatisfactory profitability, lack of technical support, etc. Coping strategies as guaranteeing economical security of the farmer households, improving technical support system and extension approaches, upgrading infrastructure for farm production, providing favorable policy system and encouraging the increase of farm size are proposed.
