毛竹材对酚醛树脂渗透性能的研究

摘    要:将毛竹进行漂白和炭化处理,分别对原竹、漂白竹和炭化竹进行酚醛树脂浸渍试验,观察浸渍前其结构特征,测定浸渍质量,分析经过不同处理后毛竹材对酚醛树脂的渗透性能。结果表明,经过炭化处理的竹片对酚醛树脂的渗透性能显著提高,竹片厚度越薄,其渗透性能越好。分析比较毛竹浸渍前后的结构差异,探索竹材对酚醛树脂的渗透机理,为竹质特种胶合板生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens raw materials were bleached and carbonized,then raw,bleached and carbonized bamboo materials were soaked with phenolic resin respectively.The structure of bamboo before soaking was observed,and the soaked quality was assessed.The permeability of phenolic resin to the bamboo materials after different treatments was analyzed.The results showed the significant higher permeability of phenolic resin to the carbonized bamboo material.The thinner the bamboo piece,the better performance of its penetration.The differences in structure of bamboo before and after soaking were compared and the mechanism of permeability of phenolic resin to bamboo materials was explored,in order to offer a theoretical foundation for manufacture of bamboo plywood.
