塔里木河流域国民经济内部产业水资源配置和利用的经济效应分析

基于流域GDP增长的水资源利用的经济效应模型,分析了塔河流域国民经济产业用水量、用水结构和用水经济效率对GDP的经济效应。结果表明,当前塔河流域的水资源利用对GDP增量的效应主要由产业用水结构和用水经济效率决定,第二三产业的用水结构和用水经济效率是其中的关键要素;塔河流域国民经济产业内部用水结构和用水经济效率结构的进一步优化有利于未来水资源利用对GDP增量的贡献。

The Analysis of the Economical Effect of the Arrangement and Utility of Water Resource of National Corporate in Tarim River Basin

Based on the model of the economical effect of water resource utility of national corporate that has been made,the paper analyzes the economical effect of the amount of Agricultural water use,its structure and its efficiency of economical use on the regional gross domestic product in Tarim River Basin,the results is indicated as follows: The structure and economical efficiency of water use of national corporate is the key factors to improve the regional national gross domestic product;and firstly it is the important approach for the rational;arrangement and utility of water resource to made the structure of national corporate water use and its economical efficiency structure to evolve by the evolution of national corporate structure;secondly,it is the first choice for the rational regional arrangement to make the national corporate structure to evolve;then further it must solves the key issues of the rational arrangement and utility of Agricultural water resource use.
