长白山区野生宽叶杜香镇咳祛痰作用的研究

目的]为长白山区野生宽叶杜香的临床应用、新药研发和人工扩繁提供试验依据。方法]以雄性昆明种小鼠为试验动物，长白山区野生宽叶杜香叶为试材，通过动物试验研究宽叶杜香的镇咳祛痰作用。结果]各试验组小鼠状态基本相同，都比较活泼，饮食量与饮水量稳定，体重增长速度基本一致。与生理盐水组相比，宽叶杜香低、中、高剂量的水蒸气蒸馏液均可以延长氨水致小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期，减少咳嗽次数，且低剂量组效果显著，中剂量组效果极显著；宽叶杜香低、中、高剂量的水蒸气蒸馏液均可以增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排泌量，且高剂量组效果显著，中剂量组效果极显著。结论]长白山区野生宽叶杜香叶水蒸气蒸馏液具有镇咳祛痰作用，对于治疗慢性气管类且有一定意义．
