| 摘 要： | 提高农民素质是实现农业、农民双增收的基本条件。在提高农民素质的诸多途径中,以高职院校为平台进行农民培训是有效方法之一。分析了关于农业高职院校农民培训存在的几点主要问题,并从政府与高职院校两个层面提出了关于促进农业高职院校农民培训发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Improve the quality of farmers is to achieve agriculture, farmers＇ income double the basic conditions. In improving the quality of farmers in many ways, In vocational colleges as a platform for farmer training is one of the effective methods. This paper analyzes several major issues concerning the training of farmers agricultural vocational colleges, And two levels of government and from vocational colleges put forward countermeasures on promoting the development of peasant agriculture vocational training institutions. |
