小麦苗期叶片中性蛋白水解酶酶谱的动态变化

摘    要:本试验采用复性电泳技术对小麦菌期蛋白水解酶种类及活性进行了动态研究。结果表明:(1)小麦从出苗第3d生长到第87d,153,72和68kD三条蛋白水解酶带均存在;(2)72和68kD两条蛋白水解酶带在各个时期均表现出很强的活性;(3)小麦的生理代谢影响着蛋白水解酶谱变化;(4)所检到的蛋白水解酶分子量均大于68kD(含68kD).

Abstract:We studied the types and dynamic changes of proteinase in wheat leaf during seedling stage by SDS G PAGE. The results showed that, (1) 153, 72 and 68 kDa proteinase bands were present from the 3rd to 87th days after the emergence of seedlings; (2) 72 and 68 kDa proteinase showed very strong activities throughout the seedling stage; and (3) the proteinase enzymography could be affected by the physiological metabolism.
