| 摘 要： | 饲料中的植酸能与Zn2 形成难溶性植酸锌络合物,不利于锌的吸收利用.添加植酸酶可缓解植酸的抗营养作用,提高饲料中锌的利用率.目前饲料中高锌的使用较为普遍,但饲料中高剂量的锌会对植酸酶的添加效果有一定的抑制作用.本文针对植酸酶与锌的互作效应作一综述.

| Abstract: | The phytate can chelate with zinc,which is negitave to their absorption.The absorption of zinc can be enhanced by phytase.The excess zinc levels are usually used in present animal production, but this can reduce the efficiency of phytase.The research advance in the interaction of phytase and zinc was summarized. |
