枯草芽孢杆菌XM16分泌蛋白的抑菌作用及抗菌蛋白的分离纯化

摘    要:以苹果腐烂病菌等22种植物病原真菌为供试菌,研究了枯草芽孢杆菌XM16无菌滤液的抑菌活性,结果表明,该无菌滤液对供试的植物病原菌具有强烈的抑制作用,抑菌谱非常广。无菌滤液经硫酸铵盐析,然后过Sephacryl S-100HR凝胶柱进一步分离纯化,获得2种不同组分的具强抑菌作用的抗菌蛋白。SDS-PAGE电泳显示,2种蛋白的分子量分别为21kD和30kD。

Abstract:The secretion of Bacillus subtilis(Ehrenberg)Cohn XM16 had antifungal activity to twenty-two species phytopathogenic fungi(such as Valsa mali).The results indicated that the sterile filter liquid showed a very strong activity against the phytopathogenic fungi and a wide antimicrobial spectrum.With(NH4)2SO4 precipitation and Sephacryl S-100HR molecular filtration chromatography,an antagonistic protein with two different kinds of molecular weight was isolated and purified.The purified proteins had molecular weights,21kD and 30kD by SDS-PAGE analysis.
