高温胁迫对早稻根系质膜ATPase活性及NH4+吸收速率的影响

摘    要:以耐热型品种“农大228”、“082”和热敏感品种“茉莉占”、“协清早B”为材料,研究高温胁迫后不同耐性品种之间的生理差异。结果如下:高温胁迫后,耐热型品种根系质膜ATPa~e活性升高,热敏感型品种活性降低;耐热型品种根系NHf吸收速率不受影响,热敏感型品种明显下降。高温胁迫后根系NHf吸收动力学参数的变化与品种的耐热性无关。

Abstract:Some physiological figures of roots s were investigated after high temperature stress respectively during grain filling stage and seedling stage among heat tolerant rice cultivars(Nongda 228 and 082) and heat sensitive rice cultivars(Molizhan and XiqingzaoB).The main results showed that:After high temperature stress,the plasma membrance ATPase activities of heat tolerant rice roots increased,but heat sensitive cultivars decreased;The velocity of absorbing NH~+_4 in heat tolerant cultivars were not influenced,but that of sensitive decreased obviously.There was no relationship between the variety of NH~+_4 absorbing impetus parameters stress and the tolerance of rice cultivars under high temperature.
