| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the arrangements and the effect of the tractor and combine harvester license plate issued by the regulatory regime,proposed system for the implementation of specific recommendations,and on this basis,emphasizing logistics management theory guiding the license plate issued,and constantly improve the system of supervision and administration of standards. |
