vC与Pb胁迫对小鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:探讨vC与Pb胁迫对小鼠肾脏过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、铅(Pb)含量的影响。将5周龄健康ICR小鼠70只,分为10组,每天用针管灌注一定量vC、Pb、vC Pb及注入蒸馏水作对照,vC用量为0.2g/L,Pb分别是1.2 mg/L0、.4 mg/L、0.133 mg/L、0.0443 mg/L,试验期3周结束后,立即取小鼠肾脏,检测SOD、CAT、POD活性及MDA、Pb含量。结果表明:vC组SOD、POD、CAT活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),Pb和MDA含量低于对照组;加Pb组SOD、POD、CAT活性则低于对照组,Pb和MDA含量高于对照组;vC Pb组的CAT活性、Pb和MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果说明:Pb可引起小鼠脂质过氧化的损伤,而vC可提高小鼠的抗氧化能力,并对Pb中毒有拮抗作用。

Abstract:Rats kidney''s the activ eness of peroxide enzyme(POD),catalase(CAT),hyperoxide mutase(SOD),as well as the content of plumbum(Pb)and third dial(MDA)were influenced by vC and Pb.Five weeks age,healthy ICR rats respectively divides in to 10 group,every day uses the syringe to fill the stomach ration to the mouse vC,Pb,vC+Pb as well as the distilled water opposes illuminates.The vC amount is the 0.2g/kg,the Pb amount is respectively the 1.2 mg/L,the 0.4 mg/L, the 0.133 mg/L,the 0.0443 mg/L.The experimental time is three weeks.The experiment finished, the ratescapes the cervical vertebra to execute,splits immediately examines SOD,CAT,POD activeness and plumbum(pb),the third dial(MDA)content.Result showed that SOD,POD and CAT activities of vitamin C group is much higher than the comparison.The Pb and M DA content of vitam in C group is much lower than the comparison.The SOD,POD and CAT activities of Pb group is much lower than the comparison.The Pb and MDA content of vitamin C group is much higher than the comparison.The CAT activities and MDA content of vitamin C and Pb group is much higher than the comparison.This indicated Pb may cause the mouse lipin peroxidation damage,the vC may enhance mouse''s antio-xidized ability.
