摘    要:三疣梭子蟹的呼吸器官主要是鳃,两侧对称排列,每侧八枚。除第二枚关节鳃的鳃轴在一侧外,其余几枚的组织结构均相似,最外层为薄层角质膜,其深层为单层上皮。从鳃的横切面观察,背面血管为人鳃血管,腹面的为出鳃血管,连接这两条血管的结缔组织为鳃轴。鳃轴向两侧(或一侧)生出数条鳃丝。鳃丝主要由柱细胞和上皮细胞构成。扫描电镜观察发现,入鳃血管的侧壁上有成列的卵圆形孔,这些孔与鳃丝相通。采用汞溴酚蓝等4种方法,对上

Abstract:The respiratory organ of blue crab,portunus tritubercucatus is com-posed of eight pairs of gills. Each gill consists of about 600 gill lamella.Every lamella is made of afferent branchial vessel,efferent branchial vessel,gill axis(in which there are nephrocytes),gill filament which is made of epithelium cells and trabecular cells,marginal vessel,ect.In this paper the direction of blood flowing and electron scanning on the transverse section of gill have been described and four histochemistry methods have been used to describe the functions of three systems as mentioned above.
