生物质快速热裂解制取生物油的研究

摘    要:阐述了生物质热裂解机理,介绍了生物质热裂解液化技术的工艺流程,对生物质热裂解液化技术研发现状进行了总结。以榆木木屑为原料,在自制的小型流化床上,开展了生物质快速热裂解制取生物油的试验研究。试验结果表明,粒径小于0.2mm的生物质粒径对生物油产率影响不大,最高生物油产率为43.93wt%,并指出了生物油的应用方式,为生物质快速热裂解液化技术的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Pyrolysis is thermal degradation either in the complete absence of oxidizing agent, or with such a limited supply that gasification does not occur to an appreciable extent which may be described as partial gasification, and bio-oil, char and non-condensible gases can be produced in the process. The mechanism of biomass pyrlysis was described. At the same time, technological process of biomass pyrolysis was introduced. In addition, present situation of biomass pyrolysis was summarized. When elm wood sawdust was used as raw materials, experiments of biomass fast pyrolysis for liquid fuel production were carried out in a self manufactured fluidized bed reactor. Results showed that when the particle size of biomass was less than 0.2 mm, the effect of biomass particle size on yield of bio-oil was not big, and the highest bio-oil yield was 43.93wt%. The applications of bio-oil were pointed out. The paper has provided a reference for the research of biomass fast pyrolysis for liquid fuel production.
