| 摘 要： | 安徽省农垦局水家湖农场，通过实施农业综合开发节水灌溉——井灌项目，为安徽省江淮分水岭地区的14个县（区），100个乡镇，248万hm^2土地面积提供了示范。在发展现代农业，推动新农村建设，促进农民增收中具有带动和推广作用，为江淮分水岭地区农民增收探索了致富之路。

| Abstract: | The Shuijiahu Farm of the Land Reclamation Bureau of Anhui Province provided an example for the forty counties, one hundred towns and 2.48 million hm^2 of land in the Jianghuai watershed regions of Anhui Province by the water-saving irriga- tion project-the well irrigation project. It plays a leading and promoting role in the development of modem agriculture, the construction of a new countryside and the increase of the farmers＇ income and points out a way for the increase of income of the farmers in that region. |
