行政事业单位固定资产管理问题及对策分析

行政事业单位拥有的固定资产，是其完成各项工作任务必不可少的物质基础和保证。随着事业的不断发展，其拥有的固定资产价值总量和技术含量正在不断增长，用途和配置方式也日益多样化，对事业的好与快的发展有着决定性的作用。然而，由于长期以来重钱轻物思想的影响，管理中存在诸多问题，使固定资产得不到充分有效的配置和使用，流失严重。本文通过对行政事业单位固定资产管理中存在问题的研究，提出了加强固定资产资产管理的措施，以充分发挥行政事业单位各类固定资产的使用效益。

Analysis of problems and countermeasures of fixed assets management in government departments and state institutions

Fixed assets in government departments and state in- stitutions are the essential material basis and guarantee of ac- complishing all different tasks. With the development of the un- dertaking, the total value and technical content of assets increase gradually, meanwhile their utility and allocation become versatile as well, playing a decisive role in the development of the undertaking. However, because of the influence of traditional view valuing cash more than fixed assets, there are lots of problems in management. Therefore those fixed assets couldn＇t be collocated and utilized effectively and flow out seriously. The paper does some study on problems lying in the fixed assets management in government departments and state institutions, and puts forward some measures to enforce the management to make full use of effectiveness of those fixed assets.
