| 摘 要： | 对于我国目前大多数实行企业化经营的农业园区开发项目来说，为了增强自身的市场竞争力，有必要在其开发中实施项目管理、建立并应用成熟度模型来进行“自我评价、持续改进”。参考现有项目管理成熟度模型而提出并设计的农业园区开发项目管理成熟度模型，包括5个等级、相应的关键过程域和相关的评价程序，是持续提高农业园区开发项目整体管理能力的重要工具。

| Abstract: | At present, for the majority of China＇s agricultural park exploitation projects which run as enterprise, in order to enhance their own market competitiveness, is necessary to implement project management, establish and apply the maturity model to carry out the system of ＂self-evaluating and continuous improving.＂ The agricultural park exploitation project management maturity model which referenced to the existing project management maturity model, including five levels, key processes related to the evaluation, is important tools for continuous improving of the management of agricultural park exploitation. |
