我国和谐社会语境下的犯罪对策

犯罪大量存在,影响社会的稳定与发展,需要寻求有效的对策。本文通过反思我国目前的几种主要犯罪对策,剖析了其弊端与不足;通过分析犯罪产生的真正根源,论证了社会不和谐是犯罪的原因,犯罪是社会不和谐的表现,建设和谐社会是犯罪的治本之策,二者是对立统一的。我们应当通过在经济、社会保障上注重公平,在政治、社会管理上发扬民主,在道德、文化建设上强调诚信友爱,来实现建设和谐社会与防控犯罪的统一。

Analysis on Crime Countermeasures under the Establishment of Harmonious Society

a great number of crimes influence social stability and development, we need look after effective measures. By reflect on our present several main crime countermeasures, this paper analyze its defects and shortcomings. By analyzing the real crime causes , this paper argument that social disharmony argumentation is the causes of crime, Crime is the performance of social disharmony and building a harmonious society is a crime once and for all. We should emphasis on equity in the filed of economic and social security, develop democracy in he filed of social management, emphasize on Integrity & Amity in cultural construction to achieve unity of construction harmonious society and crime prevention
