摘    要:用酚二磺酸比色法做对比,分析了几种前处理条件对紫外分光光度法测定堆肥过程堆体中硝态氮含量的影响。结果表明,酚二磺酸比色法与经KCl溶液和超声波浸提,活性炭处理的紫外分光光度法硝态氮测定值相比无显著差异,且后者消除了有机物的影响,操作简便。改进后的方法回收率为96%~108%,变异系数1.7%~5.5%。

Abstract:The influences of several pretreatment conditions to nitrate nitrogen of contents of the composting process tested by UV-spectrophotometry are analyzed are compared with phenoldisulfonic acid colorimetry. The result showed that there is no difference between the nitrate nitrogen testing value of the phenoldisulfonic acid colorimetry and that of the UV-spectrophotometry, which the sample is extracted by KCl solutions and ultrasonic wave, and is treated by activated carbon. Also the influence of organic substance is removed and the operation is simple and convenient. The recovery of the modified method is 96%~108% and the coefficient of variation is 1.7%~5.5%.
