| 摘 要： | 集约利用土地是建设节约型社会的重要举措,是处理经济建设中资源利用与环境保护关系、贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求。研究了开发区土地集约利用评价中评价方法这一核心环节,并将多因素综合评价法、模糊综合评价法2种典型评价方法应用于实例,展示了开发区土地集约利用定量评价的全过程,分析了2种方法的原理、特点,提出了运用多种方法综合评价区域土地利用状况的建议,可供今后同类研究参考。

| Abstract: | Intensive land use is an important measure to build the conservative-minded society,and also it is the essential requirement to deal with the relationship between resource utilization and environmental protection.Focused on the evaluation method which is the core aspect of intensive land use evaluation of development zone,the two typical methods were applied to examples to show the whole process of evaluation of intensive land use.In the end,the different principles and characteristics of two methods were analyzed,and suggestions that evaluating the intensive land use with different methods were offered to provide references for future similar studies. |
