摘    要:为探讨不同元素在土壤一烤烟系统内吸收分配的相互关系,采用网室盆栽的方法,研究烤烟中Cu、Zn、Mn的交互作用。结果表明,不同的元素对烤烟生物量的影响不同。Mn在烤烟体内的迁移能力较强,按能力大小排序为Mn〉Zn〉Cu。Cu、Zn、Mn3种元素交互作用主要体现在吸收和转运两个方面:低浓度的cu促进烤烟对Zn、Mn的吸收,但较高浓度的Cu抑制Zn、Mn的吸收;Zn促进Cu的吸收,对Mn的作用与Cu相似;Mn对Cu的吸收有促进作用,而Mn对Zn吸收的影响与Mn的浓度有关;土壤添加某一元素后,元素在根系中的含量增加,对其他两种元素向地上部的转运有促进作用。

Abstract:In order to research the relationships among different elements in soil-flue-cured tobacco system,interaction among copper(Cu),zinc(Zn) and manganese(Mn) was studied using pot experiment in greenhouse.The results showed that the effect of different chemical elements on dry matter of flue-cured tobacco varied.The order of the migration ability was Mn> Zn> Cu.The interactions among the three kinds of chemical elements were mainly associated with accumulation and transport.Low Cu promoted the absorption of Zn and Mn,whereas high Cu inhibited the absorption of Zn and Mn.After adding Zn into soil,the accumulation of Cu was increased.The effect of Zn on Mn absorption was similar to the effect of Cu on Mn absorption.After adding Mn into soil,the accumulation of Cu was increased.The effect of Mn on Zn absorption was related to the content of Mn.As one of the elements was added into soil,the content of this element in root was increased,which enhanced the migration rate of the other elements.
