几种植物生长调节剂对荔枝花粉萌发率的影响

摘    要:采用 GA_3,萘乙酸,三十烷醇和2,4-D 等4种生长调节剂,每种药剂分3个浓度和2个温度水平.试验数据经方差分析和模糊聚类进行分析比较.结果表明这4种生长调节剂对兰竹荔枝品种的花粉萌发率均有促进作用.在18℃下,其作用效果为 GA_3>三十烷醇>2,4-D>萘乙酸;在22℃条件下,三十烷醇>萘乙酸>GA_3>2,4-D.其中,GA_3 50和100ppm 及三十烷醇2ppm 效果最好.

Abstract:GA_3,triacontanol,NAA and 2,4-D were used for this purpose at two levels of temperature.The data were processed With analysis of mean square and fuzzy cluster analysis.The results showed that regulators could be effective for litchi(cv.Lanzu)pollens germinative percentage,by the order of effects as GA_3,triacontanol,2,4-D,NAA at the temperature of 18℃ and triacontanol,NAA,GA_3,2,4-D at 22℃.Among them,the GA_3 (50 and 100 ppm)and triacontanol(2ppm)had given the best results.
