| 摘 要： | 针对农村公路的特点及农村公路养护的紧迫性,自行研制了利用汽车尾气的热管式沥青加热炉.它利用热管换热器回收汽车发动机排气的余热去加热沥青,同时为了进一步提高加热装置的效率、经济性,设计并制造了分层加热系统.本文首先讲述了该装置的工作原理,然后通过理论分析、计算,结果表明该设备能够满足设计要求,各项参数符合国家标准.是一种良好的节能、环保型农村公路养护设备.

| Abstract: | According to features and urgency of the highway maintenance in countryside, a furnace is designed and made by ourselves. It can heat up asphalt by means of reclaiming the heat of exhaust gas of automobile by using heat pipeo To further improve the efficiency and economy of the installation, we develop stratified heating system. Firstly, in this paper we state the work of this installation. Secondly, we analyzed and calculated in theory. The result of experience shows that the installation can meet requirement of the design. In a word, it is an efficient way for highway maintenance in the countryside in energy saving and environmental protecting. |
