呼伦贝尔市大豆产业现状与发展战略及措施

采用调查研究的方法，结合工作实践，对呼伦贝尔市有关大豆产业现状做一小结。对今后的发展战略与措施提出初浅意见。呼伦贝尔市属国家优质大豆产业带，也是全国大豆面积最大的市，全国最大的大豆生产县是呼伦贝尔市莫力达瓦达翰族自治旗。呼伦贝尔市年播种面积50万hm2，总产70万t。分别占自治区的75%、全国的5.5%和4.5%。缺水、重迎茬种植是目前大豆生产的主要障碍。要增加国家支持和技术投入，努力提高品质、单产、总产。要建设生产基地，做大做强贸易及加工企业，增加产品附加值，推动大豆产业健康发展。

The Current and Development Strategy and Measures of Soybean Industry in HULUNBEIER City

Taking the measures of investigation and research, combined with the practice, given a summary of the current of soybean industry, and a further development strategy and measures been drawn in primary. Hulunbeier city located on the high quality soybean industry region in the China , is the biggest city of soybean planting in our country, especially, Moqi (located on Hulunbeier city ) is the biggest county of soybean planting in the China ,it's soybean Planting area is 500000 hm2 per year , the total yield can reach 700,000t, The area covers 75% of inner Mogolia and 5.5% of whole China's soybean , water shortage and alternate and continuous cropping is the main obstacle of soybean production in the current . Just for this, to strengthen the support of state and technique investing, making effort to the improvement of quality, per unit yield, total yield, and production base constructed, to strengthen and to enlarge the trade and process enterprises, enhancing the additional value of soybean product, therefore, to push the healthy development of soybean industry.
