香蕉ACC合成酶cDNA5‘末端的快速扩增

摘    要:采用cDNA末端快速扩增(Rapid amplification of cDNA ends,RACE)的方法对香蕉ACC合成酶的cDNA5'末端进行了扩增,获得677bp的产物,序列测定的结果表明,其中一个连续编码149个氨基酸,其序列含有ACC合成酶的第一和第二保守区和一段长230bp的非翻译区。

Abstract:A fragment of cDNA with 5' end encoding ACC synthase in banana (Musa AAA Cavendish Subgroup) was obtained by using rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The product of 5' RACE was 677 bp long and its sequencing showed that the longest encoding region contained 149 amino acids whose sequence contained the first and second highly conserved regions and 230 bp non-translated region of ACC synthase.
