| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课教师队伍的建设水平是决定思想政治教育实效性的关键所在。该本文通过对应用型本科高校思想政治理论课教师队伍的现状分析,针对存在的问题,就进一步加强和改进思想政治理论课教师队伍建设提出几点建议。
