人工合成甘蓝型大粒材料H484花粉生活力及减数分裂观察

摘    要:人工合成甘蓝型大粒材料H484千粒重平均6 21g,最高达7 81g,花粉生活力为82 4%。花粉母细胞减数分裂终变期染色体平均构型为1 13Ⅳ+2 33Ⅲ+12 63Ⅱ+1 20Ⅰ。减数分裂过程存在异常现象,二价体构型多样,有多价体和单价体出现。但从后期Ⅰ开始,绝大多数细胞表现正常。

Abstract:The 1000-seed weight of H484 was on average 6.21?g, the maximum reached 7.81?g. It is a resynthesized large seed B.napus line. The pollen fertility of H484 was 82.4%. The mean chromosome paring configuration was 1.13Ⅳ+2.33Ⅲ+12.63Ⅱ+1.20Ⅰ. Abnormal behavours of chromosome were observed during meiosis, but normal divisions were observed in most cells after anaphase Ⅰ.
