| Abstract: | Irrigation industry is the foundation of Chinese agriculture and rural economic development. From a new view, the author shows the development of farmland irrigation project and irrigation deviees, among them, scientific irrigation theory and water-saving de- velopment view can also be helpful in studing seientific irrigation and building modernized irrigation agriculture. |
