加强土地管理 建设资源节约型社会

必须认识我国人多地少的基本国情。在认识土地基本国情的基础上,必须进一步加强土地管理的力度。怎样进一步加强土地管理呢?一是领导要重视,认识到位。二是群众要知晓,宣传到位。三是法制要健全,执行到位。进一步加强和搞好土地管理,对于保护人类生存条件和社会发展、建设社会主义新农村、发展社会主义市场经济、维护社会稳定、建设社会主义和谐社会、造福子孙后代等都具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

On the basis of the situation that there is large amount of population and less land in our country,we must go step further to strengthen the land management.How can we do? First: the leaders must attach importance to it and have a clear understanding of it.Second: the masses must be ware of it and propaganda must be widely staged.Third: the legal system must be established,perfected and strictly executed.It has great immediate significance and profound historic significance for our protecting the living conditions of mankind and society development,constructing new socialist countryside,developing socialist market economy,upholding social stability,constructing socialist harmonious society,working for the well-being of our descendants and etc to go step further to reinforce and perfect the land management.
