水稻香味研究进展与中外研究结果比较分析

摘    要:本文对水稻香味研究进展进行了综述,包括水稻香味的检测方法、成分、遗传、基因图谱、影响因素和香稻育种。对中外相关研究结果进行了比较分析,表明中外香稻的主要香味基因是一致的,但中国有一些特殊的香稻可能含有不同的香味基因,很多中国研究人员相信香稻中有一些微效基因,很难用1对隐性基因来解释香稻香味的多样性。

Abstract:The paper sums up the research progress on rice flavor, including the inspection method, ingredient, inheritance, DNA map, influence factor and Flavor Rice breeding. The comparative test between the research results in China and abroad show the major flavor DNA is the same in the Chinese and overseas, yet some special flavors in China probably contains different DNA. Many Chinese researchers believe that there are some minor genes and it is hard to account for the flavor diversity with one coupe of recessive genes.
