水稻香味研究进展与中外研究结果比较分析

Research Progress on Rice Flavor and Comparative Analysis into Research Results of China and Abroad

The paper sums up the research progress on rice flavor, including the inspection method, ingredient, inheritance, DNA map, influence factor and Flavor Rice breeding. The comparative test between the research results in China and abroad show the major flavor DNA is the same in the Chinese and overseas, yet some special flavors in China probably contains different DNA. Many Chinese researchers believe that there are some minor genes and it is hard to account for the flavor diversity with one coupe of recessive genes.
