| 摘 要： | 经济发展和城市化是农民工市民化的根本原因.农民工市民化的过程给城市带来良好机遇的同时,也带来严峻的挑战.该论文采用访谈法、实地调查等方法,旨在探讨农民工市民化过程的机遇与挑战,力图找到一些解决市民化困境的有力举措.
