乙烯在玉米籽粒发育及败育中调节作用的研究

摘    要:采取田间处理和室内培养相结合的方法,对败育型(3631)和正常类型(4936×U8)玉米杂交种进行了乙烯与籽粒发育及败育关系的研究。结果表明,败育类型品种授粉后8h乙烯释放量明显高于正常类型,且在以后1~2d内维持较高水平。田间在穗部处理和室内培养处理均表明乙烯明显影响籽粒败育,增加败育。由此可见,乙烯在籽粒发育和败育发生中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Field experiment and in vitro cultural method was used to study the relations between ethylene and kernel development. Hybrids 3631 (with high kernel abortion)and 4936×U8 (ordinary kind) were used. The result indicated that the value of ethylene released by the hybrid with high kernel abortion was higher than that of ordinary kind after 8hr post-anthesis, and it kept at high level in the next 1~2days. The development of ear in the field and ear pieces cultured tri vitvo were affected by ethylene,and the kernel abortion was increased. From above facts we concluded that ethylene played an important role in the regulation of kernel development and kernel abortion.
