硒对玉米生长发育影响的研究

1984—1987四年中,应用亚硒酸钠溶液浸玉米种,对玉米生长发育各时期均有明显的促进作用。苗期可促根壮苗;拨节期根系发达生物产量明显捉高;孕穗期生殖器官发育早而快;成熟期有明显增产作用,浸种的适宜浓度范围是40—70ppm,最佳浓度是60ppm,试验表明硒是玉米植株正常生长发育必需的微量元素之一。

THE INFLUENCE OF SELENRUM ON THE GROWTH OF CORN WANG SHUXIANG DONG SHUFA SUN WEIPING

During the past four years ( 1934-1987), corn seed soaking in the liquor of Na2SeO3 had obviously promoted growth of corn inits different growing stages.During the seeding stage the roots and seeding were growing strongly;during jointing stage root, system was well-developed and the bio-mass obviously rised; during booting stage the reproductive organs grew early and rapidly; and during ripening stage the output would obviously rise, The fit consistency scope of seed soaking was 40-70 PPm, but the best consistency was 80PPm. The test result showed that selenium (se-) was one of the es'sential trace elements for normal growth of corn plant.
