牙鲆不同家系早期形态性状差异比较

摘    要:通过测定牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)11个家系后裔不同时期的生长资料,对全长、体长、头长、尾柄长、眼后头长、体高和尾柄高等7个形态性状进行相关分析和主成分分析,并对全长、绝对增长率、生长指标和体型指数进行方差分析,建立7个性状的生长方程。结果表明,7个形态性状之间均呈高度正表型相关,全长贡献率是形态性状中最高的。家系I33I03、I08I09和GBI09在全长方面具有明显优势,其中家系I08I09为绝对增长率和生长指标最优的家系,需加强选育。在体型指数分析结果中,家系C64I03在全长/体高指标上表现最好,而I19I03和I32I03是尾柄长/尾柄高指标最优的家系,这3个家系是选择牙鲆优良体型的重点对象。用Logistic生长方程进行了7个形态性状的拟合,其中5个性状的生长方程拟合度达到了0.93以上。

Abstract:Correlation analysis and principal components analysis were made with seven morphological attributes including total length(TL),body length(BL),head length(HL),caudal peduncle length(CPL),post-ortital length(PL),body depth(BD) and caudal peduncle depth(CPD) according to measure growth data of eleven families offspring at different test-day.Variance analysis of TL,absolute growth ratio,growth index and body shape index were conducted and growth equations of seven traits were established.The results showed that the high positive phenotypic correlations were observed among seven morphological attributes in which the contribution rate of TL was the highest.The family I33I03,I08I09 and GBI09 had significant predominant in terms of TL,but family I08I09 performed well on absolute growth ratio and growth index,which suggested that an intensive selection was needed for these families.In the result of body shape index analysis,family C64I03 and I19I03,I32I03 performed well on TL/BD and CPL/CPD,respectively.The three families would be the important objectives for selection of Japanese flounder better shape.Seven morphological attributes were fitted by logistic growth equation in which the fitness of growth pattern for five traits attain to above 0.93.
