甘蔗苗期群体冠层结构与产量性状的关系

摘    要:利用CI100数字植物冠层映像分析仪测定10个甘蔗品种(系)苗期群体冠层结构参数,并进行统计分析。结果表明,甘蔗品种(系)间苗期群体结构特征值存在显著差异,FN98-0410,ROC25,FN97-0521,FN98-0916等甘蔗品种叶面积指数(LAI)较大,平均叶簇倾角(MFIA)和散射光透过系数(TD)较小,而直射光透过系数(TR)、消光系数(K)和叶分布(LD)因基因型和高度角(或方位角)不同而异。产量性状方面,FN98-0625比对照ROC16低,其它8个品种比对照ROC16高,有7个品种高20%以上,其中FN98-0410最高,比对照ROC16高61.97%。相关分析结果表明,LAI,LD与蔗茎产量呈显著正相关,MFIA,TD,TR,K则与蔗茎产量呈显著负相关。

Abstract:The canopy structure parameters of 10 sugarcane genotypes at the seedling stage were determined by using CI-100 plant canopy instrument. The results showed that the canopy characteristics at the seedling stage between the genotypes were notably different. The tested genotypes FN98-0410, ROC25, FN97-0521, FN98-0916 had higher LAI(Leaf Area Index) and lower MFIA (Mean Foliage Inclination Angle, and TD(Transmission Coefficient for Diffuse Radiation). TR (Transmission Coefficient for Solar Beam Radiation Penetration), K (Extinction Coefficient) and LD (Leaf Distribution) varied with different genotypes and zenith angle (or azimuthal divisions). Except for FN98-0625, the other 8 genotypes had higher yields than the check, and 7 of them yielded over 20 % higher than the check. FN98-0410 gave the highest yield, which was 61.97 % higher than the check. Correlation analysis showed that LAI and LD were significantly positively correlated with the yield, whereas MFIA, TD, TR and K were significantly negatively correlated with the yield.
