摘    要:根据农用运输车前轴的功能及台架疲劳寿命试验方法的有关规定,论述了被试件的安装和加载要求,分析了具有一定偏置量的交变载荷电液控制动力部件的设计及特点,采用质量小、承载力强的工字梁传递负荷,并通过对系统动态模型的分析与测定,确定并实施了有效的校正,使闭环控制系统在载荷精度和频率响应特性等方面均获得了较为满意的结果。

Abstract:According to fatigue life test regulation and functions of a front axle, the paper describes the installation of samples, exertion of force and the design trait of electro hydraulic servo controlled machinery with an alternating and leaning load. Transmitting load by Ibeam with smaller mass and larger strength, the anti resonant frequency of loaded body is much higher than stipulative test frequency, which produces the desired effects for PID correction of the system. After analyzing and measuring dynamic features of the system a good result was obtained by means of correction and compensation.
