低比转速离心式渣浆泵叶轮的优化设计

摘    要:低比转速渣浆泵效率较低,主要原因是低比转速渣浆泵具有较大的叶轮直径,其产生的圆盘摩擦损失较大。该文通过建立叶轮出口直径与叶轮出口宽度,出口安放角的函数关系,并确定叶轮出口宽度、出口安放角的约束条件,对其进行优化设计,以求得满足性能参数条件的最小叶轮直径,并达到减小圆盘摩擦损失,提高低比转速离心式渣浆泵效率的目的。

Abstract:The low efficiency of low specific-speed slurry pump is due to its larger impeller diameterwhich leads to much disk friction loss. This paper established the function relation among the outlet diameterand width of impeller, and blade angle at outlet. The restriction colldition of outlet width of impeller andblade angle at outlet is given. Through optimization design. the minimum diameter of impeller to satisly thePerformance paranleter can be obtained, which can improve the effciency of low specific-speed centrifugalslurry pump.
