| Abstract: | Based on illustrating the designated fishing area and its influence on the living and production of fishermen,the paper analyzes the problems in the job transfer of fishermen in the designated fishing area and proposes some corresponding countermeasures,aiming at promote the job transfer of those fishermen. |
