| 摘 要： | 目的：研究探讨柴胡水提物的体内、外抑菌作用及其作用机理。方法：采用管碟法、试管法和小鼠腹腔注射经0.5%胃膜素增菌菌液的方法,测定其抑菌效果。结果：柴胡水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌有显著的抑制作用;对由伤寒杆菌引起的小鼠急性腹腔感染死亡率有明显降低效果,且此效果随着药物剂量的增大有一定程度的增强。结论：柴胡水提物抑菌效能为直接作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the bacteriostasis activity and its mechanism of aqueous extract from Bupleurum chinenes DC.Methods： Cup-plate method,test tube method and intraperitoneal injection of bacterium to the abclominal cavity of mices were applied to observe the bacteriostasis activity of the aqueous extract in vitro and in vivo.Result：Aqueous extracts from Bupleurum chinenes DC.could markedly inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aurens and Typhoid bacillus,and greatly reduce the death-rates of mice acutely challenged by the typhoid fever with a dose-effect relationship.Conclusion：Aqueous extracts from Bupleurum chinenes DC.showed a significant bacteriostasis function in vitro. |
