发动机液压悬置建模分析与优化研究

摘    要:为了对液压悬置进行动特性分析,建立了液压悬置的集总参数模型,通过对单惯性通道液压悬置动特性的研究,找出对动刚度和滞后角影响较大的参数为橡胶主簧的刚度和上液室体积刚度。以传递到液压悬置固定端的动反力最小为优化目标,对两参数进行了优化设计,并对优化效果进行了仿真验证。

Abstract:In order to carry out dynamic characteristics analysis of the hydraulic mount, a hydraulic mount lumped parameter model is established. Mainspring stiffness and volume stiffness are the main parameters to affect the dynamic stiffness and lag angle of hydraulic mount based on the model analyzed. The dynamic reaction force delivered to the fixed end of the hydraulic mount is taken as optimization objective function, and the parameters have been optimized, and its optimization results have been proved by simulation.
