增施生物有机肥对旱地小麦品质与产量的影响

摘    要:在大田条件下,以济麦22为材料,研究不同生物有机肥施用量对冬小麦籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、面团形成时间、面团稳定时间等品质指标以及产量的影响。结果表明:增施生物有机肥可以提高旱地小麦品质和产量,且在本试验条件下,随着生物有机肥施用量的增加,小麦品质与产量也随之增加。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted in field with Jimai 22 as material, and the effects of different application rates of biological organic fertilizer on wheat yield and some quality indicators were studied .The quality indicators included grain protein content , wet gluten content , dough development time , dough stability time and others .The results showed that in this experimental conditions , the application of bio -organic fertil-izer could improve the quality and yield of dryland wheat , and the yield and quality of wheat increased with the increase of application rate of bio -organic fertilizer .
