摘    要:针对我国甘薯机械化收获的难题,设计了4U-60型甘薯收获机,该机与小四轮拖拉机配套,可实现甘薯挖掘、薯土分离和铺放作业。同时,对该机部分关键零件进行了设计,对样机的工作性能进行了试验研究。田间试验证明,该机克服了现有甘薯收获机在收获过程中牵引阻力大、功率消耗大和挖掘铲易损坏等问题,整机设计先进、功能完善、操作方便,并且成本低、效率高,能够满足当地农民的使用要求。

The Design of 4U-60 Sweet Potato Harvester

Abstract:In view of the problem of mechanized harvesting of sweet potatoes, 4U-60-type potato harvesting machine is designed, which with a small four-wheel tractor can achieve digging sweet potatoes, potato seedling, potato and soil separation. Meanwhile, some of the key parts of the aircraft were designed, performance prototype was studied. Field tests show that the aircraft overcomes the problems of big resistance, big power consumption and digging shovel easily damaged, etc. in the potato harvester tractor in harvest process. The advanced design, perfect function, easy operation, and low cost, high efficiency, meet local farmers requirements.
