摘    要:针对混合动力镍氢电池,研究了它的原理和特性,并选用Thevenin模型建立该电池的动态数学模型.结合该电池的电动势特性和温度特性,分析了充放电方向、温度等因素对模型参数的影响.基于HPPC实验,考虑充电和放电两个方向,采用最小二乘法对Thevenin模型进行参数辨识,并在MATLAB/Simulink中建立相应的仿真模型.仿真和台架试验结果对比表明,对于该混合动力镍氢电池,最小二乘法辨识Thevenin模型参数是合理的,并且该模型的最大误差率是1.21%,能够很好地模拟出该电池的动静态特性.

Parameter Identification of Ni/MH Battery Used in Hybrid Electric Vehicles Based on Thevenin Model

Abstract:The principles and characteristics of Ni/MH battery used in hybrid vehicles were studied, and the dynamic mathematical model was set up using Thevenin model. The factors affecting the model parameters of charge-discharge directions, temperature and others, were analyzed with the EMF and temperature characteristics. Based on HPPC test and considering charge and discharge directions, the Thevenin model parameters were identified with the least squares method, and the corresponding battery model was established on MATLAB/SimuIink. Simulation and bench test show that the least squares method is reasonable for the battery, and the maximum error rate of this model is 1.21%, and the model can accurately simulate the dynamic and static performance.
