工程机械联动控制系统的设计与试验研究

摘    要:目前工程机械液压系统和动力系统实行的是独立控制,因发动机导致的压力陡增、液压元件破裂、液压油渗漏等问题时有发生。采用溢流阀作为压力控制单元,采用燃油电磁铁作为发动机动力控制单元,二者通过HED4型液电压力继电器进行连接,实现溢流卸载、液压蜂鸣报警、动力切断等功能;以液压压力为控制参数间接切断发动机动力源,能够有效保护液压元件,提高液压系统的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:At present, hydraulic system and power system of construction machinery implement independent control. The problems of pressure spurting, hydraulic elements broken and hydraulic oil leakage due to engine happen from time to time. The two components, relief valve as a pressure control unit, and fuel solenoid as engine control unit, are connected by type HED4 electrohydraulic pressure relay, to realize unloading at overflow, hydraulic alarm, power cut and other functions; the hydraulic pressure, as control parameter, indirectly cuts engine power source, can effectively protect the hydraulic components of hydraulic system, improve stability and reliability.
