弹性约束下5S50MC柴油机整机模态分析

摘    要:以5S50MC低速船用柴油机整机为研究对象,运用Pro/E建立简化的三维几何模型,然后将模型导入Ansys有限元分析软件,在基座处创建弹簧单元,施加弹性约束,并进行模态分析。计算结果与台架试验结果基本吻合,为柴油机减振器的设计提供可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The simplified 3D solid model of 5S50 diesel engine for low-speed ship is created with Pro/E and modal analysis is conducted with elastic constraints using Ansys FEM software. The calculation results are basically the same with the bench test. The study provides theoretical foundation for the design of a transverse vibration damper.
