摘    要:液压机械差速转向装置是一种液压传动与机械传动组合而成的新型传动机构,能够显著提高履带车辆的行驶机动性和工作效率。根据履带车辆液压机械差速转向装置试验要求,提出了其试验台设计方案,确定了试验台驱动装置及加载装置,设计了试验台数据采集与控制系统。以东方红1302R拖拉机液压机械无差速转向装置为被试对象,完成了液压机械差速转向装置转向特性试验,结果表明:所设计试验台自动化程度高、运转平稳,满足设计要求。

Abstract:Hydro-mechanical differential turning mechanism is a new type of transmission device which is a combination of hydraulic drive and mechanical drive, and can significantly improve the maneuverability and efficiency of crawler vehicle. According to the request of crawler vehicle hydro-mechanical differential tuming mechanism test, the test bench structure is designed, and the drive and loading devices are chosen. The measurement and control system of this test bench is designed. As the object of test, the hydro-mechanical differential tuming mechanism for YTO 1302R tractor is tested for the steering characteristic test. The results show that this test bench stands a high degree of automation and stable running, and it can meet the design requirements.
