基于ADAMS的汽车麦弗逊式前悬架建模仿真及优化

摘    要:麦弗逊式独立悬架被广泛应用在现代的乘用车里,以麦弗逊式前悬为研究对象,利用了虚拟样机软件ADAMS,在ADAMS/Car中建立麦弗逊式前悬的模型,并对其进行了仿真,然后利用ADAMS/Insight对9个硬点坐标值中对前悬定位参数有较大影响的坐标值进行了优化,并利用后处理模块ADAMS/PostProcessor得到优化后的结果,成功得到了该车辆前悬的最优选型方案。

Abstract:McPherson suspension is widely used in modern cars. In this research, the model of the McPherson suspension is set up in ADAMS/Car by the virtual prototype software ADAMS first, then the simulation is carried on, and next the coordinate values of the nine hard point coordinates which have great influence to the front suspension positioning parameters are optimized using ADAMS/Insight, and the optimized result is got by the post-processing module of ADAMS/PostProcessor, finally, the optimization of McPherson suspension is achieved.
