摘    要:以洋马VP6高速插秧机用液压机械变速器为研究对象,介绍了其基本原理及具体传动方案;建立了其输出转速与斜盘式轴向柱塞变量泵的斜盘倾角设定位置之间的关系式,并绘制出了特性曲线图.对特性曲线图简要的分析表明:洋马VP6高速插秧机用液压机械变速器具有良好的无级调速特性,能够满足高速插秧机的作业速度无级变速的要求.并且给出了无级调速特性分析在液压机械变速器参数设计上的具体应用.

Analysis on Stepless Speed Regulation Characteristics of Hydro-mechanical Transmission of High-speed Rice Transplanter and Its Applications

Abstract:Based on the hydro-mechanical transmission (HMT) of YANMAR VP6 high-speed rice transplanter, its basic principle and detailed transmission scheme are introduced;the relation formulas of output rotation speed of HMT with setting position of swash plate angle of swash plate variable displacement axial piston pump are established. And the characteristics curve diagram is drawn. The brief analysis for the characteristics curve diagram shows that HMT of YANMAR VP6 high-speed rice transplanter has excellent stepless speed regulation characteristics. It can meet the requirements of continuously variable speed work for high-speed rice transplanter. In addition, the application of stepless speed regulation characteristics analysis at HMT parameters designs is provided.
