燃气牵引车后背式气瓶支架对车架性能影响研究

摘    要:以某LNG牵引车车架为研究对象,对气瓶组后背布置形式的车架进行了有限元分析,对比计算了无气瓶组总成和有气瓶组总成车架的强度。通过对车架常用工况中弯曲工况、2-3轴扭转工况和侧向载荷工况的计算,探讨了气瓶组总成布置对于车架强度和刚度的影响。同时参照设计要求和国家标准,对天然气气瓶支架进行了强度计算分析,使其满足安全要求。通过对比分析,最终为天然气汽车车架和气瓶支架的设计及布置提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The natural gas cylinder is laid behind the cab on the frame. The LNG tractor frame is analyzed by finite element analysis method to compare the difference of the frame strength with the cylinder assembly or without. Bending,2-3 shaft torsion and laleral loads condilions are calculated in order to study the impact of the cylinder assembly to the frame strength. Aecording In the design lvquirements and national standards, the cylinder bracket is also analyzed for meeting the safety requirements. Finally, some references are provided for the design and layout of the natural gas vehicle.
