谷物干燥远红外复合陶瓷材料的研究

摘    要:通过研究典型谷物的特征红外吸收谱段,遴选了以ZrO2和TiO2为主要原料的适于谷物干燥的远红外复合辐射材料,并测定了经过高温烧结而成的远红外复合陶瓷的辐射率范围为0.83~0.91,利用正交实验设计,以红外辐射率为指标进行了配方的优化设计,得到最佳配方方案(质量分数):ZrO2为80%、TiO2为15%、以MnO2、Fe2O3、CuO、MgO、石腊等组成的辅助原料为5%。

Abstract:Far-infrared composite radiating materials for grain drying were selected according to the characteristic infrared absorbance of grain. The radiating material is mainly composed of ZrO_2 and TiO_2, and is of MnO_2, Fe_2O_3, CuO, MnO, paraffin and so on accessorily. Far-infrared radiance of the composite was measured by infrared radiator, the result of spectrum radiance range of the required wave band was from 0.83 to 0.91. The optimization composition was presented by orthogonal experimental design method, it is composed of ZrO_2 80%, TiO_2 15% and the accessories 5% respectively.
